SunWay Suites House Rules
To ensure the enjoyment of all of our guests, the following rules apply.
Check in time after 3 PM
Check out time before 10:30 AM
No Smoking
No Pets
No Parties or large gatherings allowed
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
Fees & Deposits
Cleaning Fee: $100
Tax Rate: 12%
Deposit Required to hold each Unit: 50%
Cancellation Policy
Rental Deposit amount and any payments are refundable less any administrative fees up to 60 (sixty) days prior to the beginning of the rental period. After 60 days prior to the rental period the Licensor shall have the right to retain the initial Deposit and any other payments received at the Licensor’s discretion. If you cancel and your check-in date is more than 60 days away, you will receive your deposit returned by check in the mail minus the administrative fee.
Hurricane Policy
Trip insurance is recommended- online agencies available.
When a hurricane is forecast during your scheduled reservation, you have 3 options:
1. Cancel and lose your deposit.
2. Reschedule in the same unit within 2 months and retain your deposit.
3. Arrive for your scheduled stay, and should mandatory evacuation be necessary, we will credit the nights of the evacuation.
